Mayor Ivan Manojlović and Advisor to the Minister of Science, Tehcnological Development and Innovation Zoran Tomić visited University of Niš. During the discussion with the University management consisting of University Rector Prof. Dr. Jovan Stepanović and his deputy, Prorector Prof. Dr. Dragan Antić, many topics were covered, including further strengthening the cooperation between the City of Kruševac and University of Niš, and the possibility of cooperation in the fields of higher education, science, and art.
Mayor Manojlović and Advisor Tomić expressed interest in working towards the formation and formal opening of academic study programs of University of Niš in Kruševac, with the goal of creating opportunities for young people to study and acquire academic education in the fields that are needed in both Kruševac and that part of Serbia.
Deans, deputy deans, and representatives of Faculties of Law, Economy, Sciences and Mathematics, Philosophy, and Art, respectively, attended the joint meeting.
