Minister of Defense Bratislav Gaišić, Mayor Ivan Manojlović, President of City Assembly Dragana Barišić, Deputy Mayor Snežana Radojković, Head of City Administration Vesna Anđelić, and other representatives of the City, members of the National Assembly, Twin City delegations, and other guests who were present in the city due to the celebrations of St. Vitus Day – City Day of Kruševac – Vidovdan, accompanied the crowd in the traditional liturgy walk from the Lazarica church to the Monument of Kosovo Heroes.
The liturgy was held by the Archbishop and Metropolitan Bishop of Kruševac David, aided by the Vicar of the Partiarch of Serbia Porfirije and Elder of the Church of the Ascension in Belgrade, Archbishop of Liplja Dositej, Father Teodosije of Hilandar Monastery, and other members of the Kruševac Clergy. The prayer walk with the Remains of Saint Prince Lazar, from Lazarica to the Monument of Kosovo Heroes was led by Archbishop of Kruševac David.
The liturgy was concluded by commemorating the Kosovo and other fallen Serbian heroes in the presence of various clergy members.
