After the conclusion of the State Ceremony, the City Ceremony followed, helmed by Mayor Ivan Manojlović and President of City Assembly Dragana Barišić.
In the City Wreath-Laying ceremony, the representatives of following institutions took participation: Serbian Armed Forces – Rasina Garrison, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rasina Adminitrative District, Twin City delegations, veteran and other city organizations and associations.
