Mayor's aides start initiatives, suggest projects and give their opinions regarding anything that is related to their respective areas of expertise, in addition to other tasks that can be assigned to them by the current mayor.
The Mayor's Aides are:
Ana Prvanov
Mayor's Aide for Ecology, Energy, and Sustainable Development
Born in 1978 in Aleksandrovac, she graduated from primary and secondary school in Kruševac. As for higher education, she is a forestry engineer, having graduated from the Faculty of Forestry, University of Belgrade. Additionally, she also graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak.
Regarding her work experience, she worked at "Srbijašume", participated in projects of the Faculty of Forestry in Belgrade, and worked in private sector in the telecommunications field. She previously worked at "Srbijašume" public company, forestry subject of economy "Rasina" in Kruševac.
She is married and mother of one.
Nevena Plavšić
Mayor's Aide for Youth and Sports
Born in 1983 in Kragujevac, she graduated from primary and Secondary School of Medicine in Kruševac, and graduated from the Faculty of Sports and Physical Educatoin, University of Niš. She further developed herself in the health and sports fields at the Academy of Teaching and Health Studies in Ćuprija. In the organization of Red Cross of Serbia, she passed the lifeguard course, vocational development in the field of sports, education, motivation, communcation, and ethics.
She also worked as a fitness and swimming coach, medical technician, and as a teacher of physical and health education. Before becoming a Mayor's Aide, Nevena worked as a teacher in the Grammar School of Kruševac, helping young students to lead healthier physical and mental lifestyles
Married, and mother of two.
Snežana Aleksić
Mayor's Aide for Social Activities
Born in 1982 in Kruševac, where she graduated from primary and Grammar School of Kruševac. As for higher education, she graduated from the Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics, University of Priština, department of geography, in 2007.
Between 2007 and 2012, Snežana worked as a geography teacher at "Jovan Jovanović Zmaj" primary school in Brus, and at "Brana Pavlović" primary school in Konjuh between 2013 and 2018.
She passed the Teaching Licence exam in 2017, and later became the principal of "Brana Pavlović" primary school in Konjuh in 2018.
Married, and mother of two.
Darko Andonov
Mayor's Aide for Agriculture, Water Management, and Forestry
Born in Kruševac on March 10, 1985. Graduated from Primary School in Jasika, and Secondary School of Chemical Technology in Kruševac. He was brought up in a family with an agricultural background, continuing his further education in that field. Darko completed basic academic studies on Faculty of Agronomy in Čačak, Department of General Agronomy, in 2010, and second degree Master studies in Agronomy, Plant Protection module in 2018. His master thesis was about the Efficiency of Supression Products for Downy Mildew in Vines, earning a perfect mark.
His first work experience was as an intern at the Primary and Secondary Education School "Veselin Nikolić" (2011-2012). From 2012, he worked as an Agricultural Advisor Assistant for Trstenik at the Agricultural Council Service of Kruševac, where he established excellent cooperation with 220 agricultural subjects and farms, helping them with their problems on-site, as well as gathering important subsidy data. He also gathered official agricultural data, which was used as a base for creating sustainable agricultural policies.
From 2015 until 2024, Darko worked in agriculture pharmacy stores: Mandža Saša from Stopanja, Junior Komerc LLC, and TR Jasika. He has been hired as a professional advisor for application of protection products in agriculture.
In his free time, he spends his time managing his 20-are-big hazelnut farm, in addition to taking up traditional Serbian folklore dance and other cultural art activities.
Darko is married, and has two children with his wife Jelena.
