During their visit to Kruševac on its Liberation Day, the Serbian Minister of Defense, Bratislav Gašić, and Slovakian Minister of Defense, Robert Kaliňák, laid wreaths on significant monuments.
Minister Gašić, alongside Brigade General Goran Momčilović and Mayor of Kruševac Ivan Manojlović, paid respect to the fallen members of the Army, Police, and Army Reserve 1991 – 1999.
Afterwards, Minister Gašić and Mayor Manojlović were accompanied by the Minister of Defense of Slovakia, Robert Kaliňák, in the wreath laying by the mounds of the Memorial Complex “Slobodište”
Ministers concluded the wreath-laying ceremony at the Kosovo Heroes Monument.
The ceremony was attended by the representatives of the City of Kruševac, members of the National Assembly and City Council, and representatives of freedom and veteran associations and organizations, as well as the citizens of Kruševac.
