Per tradition, during the Formal Session of the City Assembly of Kruševac, awards and recognitions have been presented to the most notable individuals and organizations.
The decision was read by President of City Assembly Dr Dragana Barišić.
The Vidovdan Award went to Siniša Mali, First Deputy Prime Minister of National Assembly of Serbia, Minister of Finance, for his exceptional contribution to the economic and social development of the Republic of Serbia and City of Kruševac.
On the behalf of Minister Mali, State Secretary Slavica Savičić received the award and held a speech in honor of all awardees.
City Plaque of Kruševac were awarded to:
Miloje Mihajlović, President of the Municipality of Kruševac in the period of 1998 – 2000, member of the National Assembly for four terms, for his exceptional contribution to the development and affirmation of the City of Kruševac.
Miodrag Ražnatović, attorney and sports agent, for his exceptional success and achieved results in the affirmation of basketball and sports in general, who will receive the award at a later date.
Archpriest Dragi Veškovac, for his exceptional contribution to the preservation and nurturing of culture and spirituality through the realization of numerous cultural manifestaions, and contribution to the construction and restoration of temples in the City of Kruševac.
Members of the heroic 125th Motor Brigade, marking the 25th anniversary of their efforts to defend their country from NATO agression on Yugoslavia, for the purpose of keeping the memory of all alive, KIA or MIA members of this heroic unit.
Agricultural community “Kalemar” from Konjuh, for 120 years of successful business, and for their contribution to the development of agriculture and rural areas.

Dr Sci Med Igor Živković, cardiac surgeon, for for his exceptional results in both domestic and foreign levels in the field of cardiovascular surgery.
Nenad Sokolović, Director of Historical Archive, for his multiyear work and exceptional results in the fields of culture and historic legacy preservation of the City.
Dejan Aleksić, veteran blood donor, who has donated blood 125 times, for his humane and selfless act.
Ivana Ranković, President of School Librarians of Serbia Association, for her exceptional contribution to the field of library and preservation of culture of reading among children and youth.
Violeta Đoković, professor of Economics – Trade Secondarry School in Kruševac, for exceptional results in the field of education.
Vladimir Lozanac, professor of mathematics and IT, for exceptional results in the field of education.
Tadija Jelesijević, senior year student of Grammar School of Kruševac, for his achieved results in International and Domestic Maths, Physics, and Astronomy competitions.
Jana Pantelić, senior year student of Economics – Trade Secondary School, for achieved results in Republic Accounting and Business Economy competitions.
Dušan Živković, third year student of the Chemistry-Technology Secondary School, for achieved results in Republic food manufacturing and processing competition.
Veljko Vitkovac, 7th grade student of Primary School “Jovan Popović”, for achieved results in Republic IT, Mathematics, and Physics competitions.
Primary School “Dragomir Marković” from Kruševac, for exceptional results in the field of education, and results achieved in Republic and International competitions. On their behalf, School Principal Bojan Minović received the award.
“Menex LLC”, for running a successful multi-year business and contribution to the economy of City of Kruševac. On their behalf, Director Milan Pavlović received the award.
“Tecasi LLC”, for running a successful multi-year business and contribution to the economy of City of Kruševac. On their behalf, Stefan Tomić received the award.
